In this project, we have to create our own audio compositions using Adobe Premier and other editing software, we exposed to the language of sound design as well as the concept of audio editing.

My editing workflow in PR:

I tired different sound effects like low-pass (underwater), high-pass (sound in phone), delay (echo), speed the sound up to make it sound totally different thing, loop a sound many times, and it was really interesting to feel various mood by using audio effect.

There are still some I have not tried yet, and I’d try them in the future: Auto-pan, distortion, reverb (room), chorus, flanger…

The inspiration of the first chapter was from a saying I heard when I was little, ‘Put the conch to your ear and you can hear the sound of the sea’. And I used ink to give him a psychedelic effect in the second chapter. Chapter three describes the morning when I am asleep, and many sounds come from all directions.
