This rotation asks us to create a series of pencil monochromatic sketches of strangers and their environment, and unfold one of location sketches into a narrative sequence to tell our own little story by 3 pics.
10 sketches

I don’t have much drawing techniques as I am more into 3D thing, but It was quite fun to observe people’s micro expressions. It shows people’s personalities and their mood. Although my drawing lines are kind of rough, I tried to froze their action into a moment, it would be more easier if someone stayed still like the sleeping old man.
Drawing tasks
- Draw a set of textures we can see around us:

It’s hard for me to deal with the shadow…
2. Draw our hand

And here is my final work:

I captured the middle one on the taxi, while my taxi was waiting at the traffic light I found a man was waiting on the side of the road too. I was going to make him be the main character who suffered from something, but this idea changed while I was creating the other 2 drawings. It is better to let him be an onlooker to show the camera panned out.
My little story is about a traffic accident, the van veered onto the wrong side of the road because of the tired driver and hit a motorcycle which results in the death of one person. There is a traffic light to show the change of time between last two frames.
The man was addicted to his phone so he didn’t notice the traffic light showed the green moving little people sign and maybe escape from this accident. And the motorcyclist who disobeys traffic rules died unluckily.
